By completing and submitting this form, you agree to the terms and conditions set by GBT (Global Business Trading) for opening and operating a wholesale account for your company in our system.
Terms And Conditions
- Always order in full or mixed outers as specified on the price list under notes. This helps ensure that parcels arrive undamaged in their original packaging cartons.
- All invoices must be paid on or before the due dates stated on the invoice.
- All wholesale orders will incur courier charges (unless qualified for free shipping—see point 4).
- To qualify for FREE shipping: Minimum order values are preset depending on your region. For example, North Island orders qualify with a minimum of $500. South Island orders require $750 to $1000.
- Any visible damage upon delivery must be reported immediately to the courier and noted on the signature form. Do not sign off as “received safely” if there are visible damages to the carton.
- All damage claims or invoice-related issues must be reported immediately upon receipt via email or phone, along with photo evidence.
- By submitting this application, you authorize GBT (Global Business Trading) to make inquiries into the banking and business/trade references you have provided.
- Supply is at the sole discretion of GBT (Global Business Trading), subject to product availability and your account’s payment history.
- New accounts are required to promptly pay the first three invoices before any credit period is granted by GBT (Global Business Trading).
By completing this form you implicitly agree to the following:
- I/We irrevocably authorize any person or company to provide GBT (Global Business Trading) with any information required in response to a credit inquiry.
- I/We further authorize GBT (Global Business Trading) to share relevant details of this application and any subsequent dealings with third parties if required.
- I/We agree to personally guarantee any outstanding amounts owed to GBT (Global Business Trading) in the event our company ceases operations.
